La carnissera ens l’haurà tallat la llata primeta i fen uns tallets al costat perquè no arronsi. La salpebrem i em la farina blanca enfarinem els talls i els fregim una mica i tot seguit els posem damunt d’ una cassola de terra, tots ben estesos que quedin ben posats.
- Amb l’oli que ha quedat es fa un sofregit a poc foc amb la ceba ,l’all i els tomacons fins que quedi brillant i es tira per el cim de la cassola amb els talls ja fregits, també si tiren els moixernons escorreguts. L’aigua dels bolets es guarda per fer la picada. En un pot de batedora si posa: l’all i el pa fregit,els fruits secs i el grapadet de moixarrons junt amb l’aigua de tenir-la en remull, es tritura ben fi i es tira a la cassola. I a poc foc es va fen sacsegen la cassola fins que sigui cuit. Si cal s’hi afegeix una mica mes d’aigua.
