- Una vez hidratada le echamos a la.gelatina uns cucharada colmada de la preparación que hicimos para igualar densidades. Si tiramos la gelatina directamente a la preparación fría se va a solidificar y van aquedar bolitas de gelatinas. Así que una vez que hicimos ese paso recién hay tiramos la gelatina con el resto de la crema.
- Prepara el café y endulzar con 3 cucharazas de.azúcar y perfumar con coñac. Disponer las.vainillas en.un recipiente humedecidas con el café. Colocarle una capa de la.crema que hicimos y espolvoreae con chocolate rallado o chocolino y repetir hasta terminar la crema.
