  4. 800 ml queso mascarpone

  6. Almíbar:

  1. Para el almíbar, mezclo todos los ingredientes y lo llevo hasta el primer hervor. Lo retiro del fuego y lo dejo enfriar, les aconsejo hacer este paso primero para que este frío cuando lo necesites usar.
  2. Para la crema de tiramisú comenzamos colocando las yemas, el azúcar y un poquito de agua unos 50cc aprox. en una cacerola y lo cocinamos a baño María. Batimos mientras esta en el fuego, para cocinar las yemas hasta que quede como una espuma amarilla.
  3. Retiro del fuego y sigo batiendo hasta que se enfrié.
  4. En un bowl coloco el mascarpone con la preparación de las yemas ya enfriada y lo mezclo. Luego agrego crema batida a medio punto (sin azúcar) y lo mezclo todo.
  5. Ahora se eligeuna fuente y se coloca un poquito de la crema, se humedecen las vainillas de a una y se van colocando en la fuente. Luego se le agregue bastante crema y de nuevo vainillas nuevamente. Se finaliza otra vez con crema y para decorarlo le ponemos un poco de cacao.
