- Batir crema de leche (montada) y agregar a la crema anterior de yemas y queso.

- Preparar un café fuerte (con licor de café o cognac) 1 cuchara de azúcar, ralladura de limón o naranja (no obligatorio). Mantener tibio. 1-2 tazas. Debe estar rico.
- Armar en una fuente, que irá a la mesa. La idea es mojar ligeramente las vainillas en el café (ligeramente por que si dejas mucho la humedad las desarman) y respetar capas de vainilla y crema. Terminar con crema. Espolvorear al final con cacao amargo o ralladura de Chocolate amargo.



- A la heladera para enfriar bien. Y servir. Yo preparo el día anterior. Cubro con papel film hasta la hora de servir.
- Tips: medir la fuente que usarás previamente. Esta medida que hice yo son las cantidades que refiero. Por las dudas estas son las proporciones : 1 yema/ 20gr azúcar/ 75 gr de queso/ 50 gr crema.

- Si queres más firme usas gelatina sin sabor en la crema(a mí no me parece necesario, podes verlo bien armado con las vainillas). Al café se puede agregar en caliente una ramita de canela. Para espolvorear yo uso un colador pequeño y lo uso como para cernir.
- Repito la fuente que usé, 30 por 20 por 5. Un poco más alta mejor, me quedo justo con 3 capas de vainillas. Si queres más crema usas 2 capas de vainilla.
