  2. 180 gr galletas, (yo usé oreo sin el relleno)
  3. 80 gr mantequilla
  4. Para el relleno:
  5. 100 ml agua
  6. 8 hojas gelatina neutra
  7. 30 ml Amareto (licor de almendra)
  8. 8 gr café soluble
  9. 80 gr azúcar blanco
  10. 750 gr queso mascarpone (o queso tipo philadelphia)
  11. 400 gr nata para montar
  12. 50 gr azúcar para la nata
  13. cacao en polvo para espolvorear por encima, o virutas de chocolate
  14. 6-7 bizcochos de soletilla, o cualquier bizcocho blando
  15. 1 poco café para bañar los bizcochos

  1. Remojar la gelatina en agua fría.
  2. En un cazo poner el Amareto, el café soluble, el azúcar, y el agua hasta que comience a hervir. Agregar la gelatina escurrida y volverla a llevar a ebullición hasta que se disuelva todo, reservar esa mezcla fuera del fuego.
  3. Hacer un poco de café y reservarlo para que se enfríe.
  4. Triturar las galletas y añadir la mantequilla y amasamos bien hasta que se integre y quede una pasta como tierra húmeda, ponerla en el fondo del molde apretandola bien y metemos en la nevera 1 hora o al congelador media hora.
  5. Montamos la nata con el azúcar pero sin llegar a montarla del todo. Reservamos.
  6. Poner el mascarpone en un bol, batimos un poco con las Varillas, y vamos agregando poco a poco la mezcla que hemos hecho con el Amareto.
  7. Incorporamos la nata medio montada a cucharadas, poco a poco, haciendo movimientos envolventes para que no se baje.
  8. Mojamos los bizcochos con el café ya frío, que no queden demasiado mojados se podrían romper.
  9. Rellenamos el molde con la mitad de la nata, ponemos una capa de bizchochos mojados, rellenando todos los huecos, y terminamos de rellenar con el resto de la nata, alisar todo lo que se pueda con una espátula y por último dos opciones, o espolvoreamos cacao por encima, o como hice yo, cogemos un trozo de chocolate negro y con un pelador hacemos virutas y las dejamos caer sobre la tarta, la verdad esque me gusta más que con el cacao.
  10. Antes de consumir ha de estar en la nevera un mínimo de 6 horas. Y a disfrutarrrrr! Espero que os guste! 🤤
