  7. Poner un poco de azúcar lustre en un molde grande o hacer con moldes individuales. Poner un poco de crema, encima un bizcocho mojado con café, otra capa de crema, y otra de bizcocho. Dejar enfriar 24 horas y desmoldar. Si se hace con moldes individuales invertir el orden ya que no los vamos a desmoldar.
  8. Y para terminar, poner el cacao por encima.
  9. Lo podéis hacer sin la thermomix, solo que yo lo hago allí porque pasteurizo las yemas, así puedo tenerlos en la nevera hasta una semana sin el peligro de hacerlo con huevo crudo. Aunque nunca me duran tanto!!!!
