  6. Se vierte en el molde y se vuelve a llevar a la heladera
  7. En la batidora se mezcla la leche de coco, 3 cucharadas de aceite de coco, los 120 gr de castañas de cajú, la vainilla y 57g de agave. Se mezcla todo hasta que queda una consistencia suave.
  8. Se verifica que esté firme para recibir la siguiente capa, y si lo está se vierte lo preparado en el paso anterior.
  9. Se lleva a la heladera hasta que esté firme. Desmoldar y decorar
