- Ahora volvemos con el bowl de crema de leche y queso crema y añadimos las yemas batidas y batimos con la batidora hasta unir estas dos cremas. Luego vamos añadiendo en partes las claras a punto nieve y mezclamos pero (con movimientos envolventes, sin batidora) hasta lograr nuestra crema para el tiramisú!



- Ahora en una fuente o en vasitos, yo en esta ocasión lo realize en vasitos para un cumple. Vamos humedeciendo las vainillas en el café y acomodando en la fuente una capa de vainillas (vertical) y arriba nuestra crema otra vez vainilla pero está vez en otra forma(horizontal) luego crema, así tantas veces sea necesario arriba tiene que quedarnos con crema donde rallamos chocolate o agregamos cacao.
