  2. Se separan las yemas de las claras y éstas se hacen a punto de nieve. Se mezclan las yemas con el azúcar, después se añade el queso y cuando no queden grumos se añaden las claras a punto de nieve y se remueve más hasta que quede todo ligado como una crema.
  3. Se hace café y se puede añadir cacao en polvo (también se puede hacer leche con cacao para los niños o para los que no les guste el café), se añade una cucharada sopera de licor (o a gusto). Se mojan los bizcochos (entrar y sacar, que no estén chorreando).
  4. Se coloca una capa de bizcochos en una fuente cuadrada o alargada, una capa de la mezcla y así sucesivamente hasta que se acaben los ingredientes, por encima de la última capa de mezcla se espolvorea cacao y se introduce en la nevera (4-6 h)
