  4. 1 taza grande de café colado preferiblemente (150gr aprox.)
  5. 150 gr azúcar glass (100 para las yemas y 50 para las claras)
  6. 1 copita licor. (puede ser vino o licor de café o amaretto.)
  7. 100 gr cacao en polvo
  8. 1 pizca sal

Instructions to make to make Tiramisú

  1. Se baten las claras a punto de nieve, se le incorpora la pizca de sal y los 50 gr de azúcar.
  2. Para preparar la crema sabayón se bate las yemas con los 100 gr de azúcar en una olla, se coloca al baño María y se bate hasta que tenga consistencia cremosa y doble su tamaño, se le incorpora el licor y se sigue batiendo; cuando ya está listo retiramos del fuego y seguimos batiendo unos 5 minutos.
  3. El queso mascarpone (el de la foto también sirve) debe estar a temperatura ambiente para que al batirlo sea más fácil. Cuando ya este bien batido se lo incorporamos a la crema sabayón; por último adicionamos las claras con movimientos envolventes, y listo.
  4. Para armarlo: colocamos una capa de las galletas; si usamos los bizcochos de soletilla primero los remojamos en el café y los vamos ubicando en el recipiente. Si usamos las galletas de leche lo mejor es picarlas y vamos colocando la primera capa y le vamos añadiendo el café, luego una capa de la crema. Repetimos otra de galletas, café, y otra de crema, así hasta que veas que lo tienes listo. Por último espolvoreamos el cacao y cubrimos bien todo el postre. !!LISTO ¡¡
