  7. Cuando esté bien integrado añadimos el resto de las claras y ya las integramos con movimientos envolventes y suaves
  8. Y montamos el tiramisú: ponemos una base de crema, mojamos ligeramente las gallegas de huevo en el café y las vamos disponiendo en la fuente
  9. Cubrimos con crema y repetimos la operación
  10. Coronamos con las Amaretti previamente remojadas en el café y cubrimos con crema. Espolvoreamos con cacao
