  4. Montamos el tiramisú. Se puede hacer en fuente grande o individual, el proceso es el mismo. Primero colocamos una capa de melindros. Encima una capa de mermelada, empapando bien los melindros, con ayuda de una cuchara o pincel. Encima una capa de crema y sobre ella repartimos las fresas en láminas al gusto. Y vuelta a empezar: melindros, mermelada, crema mascarpone, fresas. Por último cubrimos con crema y decorar (se puede hacer otra capa si queréis). A la nevera 6 horas mínimo.
