- Ahora el mascarpone

- Lo ponemos en un bowls y lo desarmamos

- Luego le agregamos el aparato bomba y revolvemos de forma envolvente para que no se baje el aparato bomba

- Ya tenemos firmada la mousse de mascarpone

- Ahora vamos mojando las vainillas en el café y las acomodamos en una fuente

- Por encima ponemos una capa de mousse

- Luego chocolate de taza rallado

- Y cacao amargo

- Y así hacemos capas hasta terminar los ingredientes

- Terminamos con cacao amargo y chocolate rallado
