- Pesamos los ingredientes
- Para las soletas separamos las claras de las yemas, blanqueamos las yemas y subimos a punto de turrón las claras



- Agregamos las claras a las yemas alternando con la harina


- Hasta que la mezcla este homogénea, introducimos en una manga y hacemos las formas en una charola cubierta connpapel encerado

- Para el jarabe ponemos a fuego los 500 ml de agua, los 250 g de azúcar y café soluble al gusto


- Para el relleno acremamos el queso crema, hidratamos la grenetina y reservamos


- Ponemos los 45ml de agua y 100 g de azúcar al fuego, hasta que saque burbujitas de forma pareja

- Cuando esté listo el azúcar vaciamos a nuestras yemas previamente aclaradas y agregamos el licor de café


- Derretimos la grenetina y agregamos a la mezcla de huevo y azúcar

- Agregamos esta mezcla a el queso crema y revolvemos hasta tener una mezcla consistente

- Levantamos los 300 ml de crema para batir y agregamos a la mezcla

- Remojamos la soletas en el jarabe y acomodamos en el molde, luego agregamos el relleno y cernimos cocoa enn polvo, siguiendo este orden hasta llenar el molde


- Decoramos con soletas alrededor y amarramos con un listón
