  3. En 20 minutos aproximadamente, la fideuá ya estaría lista. Cuando falten unos 5-7 minutos echaremos los cangrejos. Estos, irán cogiendo la tonalidad colorada.
  4. Si se consume todo el caldo, añadir agua.
  5. Por último, lo apagaremos del fuego y dejaremos reposar uno 5 minutos.
