  1. Para hacer el caldo, poner en una olla, aceite cuando este muy caliente echamos los cangrejos y tapamos, echaremos el pimiento, la zanahoria y rehogaremos bien cuando este rehogada echaremos la cebolla una vez rehogada le echaremos el tomate dejaremos que se haga, echaremos el pimiento dulce
  2. A continuación añadiremos el brandy, la patata en trozos pequeños y rehogaremos y añadiremos el pescado de roca daremos dos vueltas y echaremos el agua hasta cubrir, dejaremos cocer 1/2 hora, y trituraremos
  3. En una olla plana pondremos aceite y echaremos 5 o 6 ajos enteros con piel rehogaremos y reservaremos.
  4. Pasaremos las gambas muy poquito y reservaremos
  5. Echaremos la sepia o el calamar en trozos rehogaremos y reservaremos
  6. Echaremos los fideos y freiremos hasta que estén doraditos, una vez dorados echaremos todos los ingredientes reservados (menos las gambas) daremos unas vueltas y cubriremos con el caldo de pescado perfectamente colado y pondremos los mejillones o almejas o las dos cosas, cuando queden 2 minutos de cocción pondremos las gambas encima y a disfrutar 👌👌👌
