- Incorporamos la salsa de tomate junto con un par de golpes de molinillo de pimienta, mezclamos y dejamos que se haga a fuego medio-lento 15 minutos.


- Añadimos los fideos, mezclamos y dejamos al fuego 5 minutos. Vertemos el caldo de pollo, (echamos primero un vaso y dejamos que se absorba y vamos agregando caldo según lo vaya pidiendo nuestra fideuá) y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento 20 minutos o hasta que los fideos estén. Cuando tengamos los fideos casi hechos agregamos el colorante alimenticio y mezclamos bien.
