- Cuando el aceite este caliente añadimos la cebolla y dejamos pocharla, picamos el ajo y lo añadimos dejamos que sofría un poco y cortamos el pimiento verde a cachitos pequeños y lo añadimos.
- Cuando tengamos todas las verduras ya hechas añadiremos un poco de tomate frito y pimentón.Lo removemos todo y lo dejamos reposar.
- En una olla con agua meteremos los mejillones y dejaremos hasta que se abran. Mientras en la misma sartén donde tenemos las verduras las aportaremos en un plato y Freiremos la pota y la dejaremos añadiremos los fideos y los pasaremos por la sartén hasta que estén un poco doraditos
- Cuando ya los tengamos añadimos las verduras a los fideos el agua de los mejillones el azafrán las chirlas un poco de vino blanco, sal y dejaremos que se haga.En una plancha o sartén Freiremos los gambones y los dejaremos hasta que los fideos hayan absorbido un poco el caldo
- Cuando veamos que todo está listo y que los fideos queden con un caldo ponemos los mejillones y los gambones y encendemos el horno a 190° y dejamos la sartén unos 7 o 8 minutos y ya lo tendríamos todo.
