- Volvemos a echar un chorro de aceite y cuando esté caliente añadimos los fideos. Hay que ir removiendo para que se hagan todos, vigilando que no se quemen. Unos quedarán más blanquitos y otros más tostaditos. En una fuente con un par de servilletas absorbentes retiramos los fideos para que escurra el aceite
- En la misma paellera volvemos a poner un chorrito de aceite y dejamos que se caliente. Añadimos el ajo picado, la cebolla picada y dejamos sofreír. Cuando está pochada añadimos el pimiento cortado, freímos hasta que esté todo blandito. Echamos una pizca de sal y removemos
- Añadimos los fideos al sofrito, removemos y vamos echando el caldo del pescado. Yo cubro bien todos los fideos con el caldo y cuando se ha quedado sin lo vuelvo a cubrir. Añadimos los guisantes. Cuando veamos que los fideos ya van quedando blandos dejamos de añadir más caldo
- Una vez ya se a quedado sin caldo y los fideos están blandos, ponemos las gambas o escamarlanes por encima y dejamos reposar un ratito hasta que los fideos se hayan puesto tiesitos
- Acompañar con salsa alioli. Para hacerla poner en un recipiente un huevo entero, un ajo pelado (para que no repita se le puede quitar el grillo), una pizca de sal y un vaso de aceite de girasol (dependiendo de la cantidad de alioli que queréis que salga). Poner la batidora en el fondo del recipiente y empezar a batir a velocidad baja sin moverla. Cuando empiece a emulsionar ir levantando y bajando poco a poco la batidora hasta que toda la salsa se a ligado
