- Sofreír los calamares, las gambas, los mejillones, el pescado, con los dos dedos de aceite de oliva virgen extra en la paella. (Sartén) Empezar a sofreír a fuego alto hasta que empiece a calentar y bajar a fuego medio. Luego sacar las gambas.
- Añadimos los dos vasos de fideos y 3 vasos y medio de caldo de pescado. Esperamos que hierva.
- Añadimos el picadillo y la cúrcuma o el colorante alimentario. Removemos un poco con una espátula o cuchara para esparcir bien la cúrcuma y el picadillo. Y como ya hierve esperamos 2 minutos y le añadimos las gambas. Bajamos a fuego medio y esperamos a que se consuma el caldo. Y se termina en fuego medio para que no se queme por abajo.
- Consumido todo el caldo apagamos el fuego y tapamos con una servilleta. Para que termine de respirar. Y en 8 min lo podremos comer.
