- aove

- Colorante alimenticio
- 500 g sepia
- 250 g chipirones (no había. Puse calamar, además 500 gr por error)
- 1 bolsa gambas peladas congeladas
- 1/2 cebolla
- 2-3 tomates de pera maduros (según tamaño)
- 500 ml caldo de pescado o más
- 500 ml agua

- Ponemos al fuego nuestra paellera, la añadinos AOVE y sofrinos los chipirones, la sepia, las gamas o lo que hayas echado a fuego lento.
Como soltará mucho líquido, yo al final subí un poco el fuego para que evaporara. Después tendréis que bajarlo de nuevo. - Rallamos el tomate y cortamos la cebolla en trocitos muy pequeños
- Cuando empiece dorarse un poco añadimos la cebolla y el tomate. Mezclamos y seguimos sofriendo.
- Añadimos el pimentón, 500 ml de caldo y el agua. Lo ponemos a fuego fuerte hasta que hierva y después añadimos el colorante
- Dejamos que hierba 35'
- Añadimos los fideos haciendo forma de cruz.
Cocinamos 15 minutos más o hasta que veas que están listos.
Yo en este punto añadí más caldo de pescado porque mi paellera no es muy buena y no reparte bien el calor, por lo que no todos los fideos se hacían por igual.
