  5. Cuando este la mitad la paella añadir un vaso casi lleno de fideos num 4 y subir fuego, añadir un poquito de colorante y dejar durante el tiempo que te ponga en los fideos, yo lo suelo dejar unos 15 min, y si me queda al dente añado un cazo de caldo, una vez que este el fideo listo
