- Agregamos las 4 cucharadas de tomate frito, dejamos 7 minutos más a fuego medio.
A continuación vaciamos todo el preparado en un bol y reservamos.
- En esa misma cacerola echamos el resto de aceite de oliva virgen extra y la Cayena restantes el diente de ajo, dejamos freír medio minuto la Cayena y el ajo con el aceite, continuación echamos los fideos y freímos en ese aceite 2 minutos, le iremos dando vueltas con una cuchara de madera para que se fríen todos los fideos.

- Echaremos el preparado que tenemos reservado y daremos unas vueltas, para que quede mezclado, a continuación, cubriremos los fideos con caldo de pescado, condimentamos al gusto, cuando se evapore el caldo retiramos (3 minutos aproximadamente) (cocer a fuego medio) retiramos, la dejamos un minuto tapada.
