  4. Echamos el zumo de la naranja, el vinagre, el vino blanco y el vermut. Subimos el fuego y esperamos a que se evapore el alcohol. Añadimos el caldo y dejamos hirviendo a fuego lento unos 30 minutos, hasta que la pechuga esté blanda y la salsa haya reducido.
