  4. Bajamos el horno a 170 grados cuando metamos la carne y dejamos que se vaya haciendo lentamente. Cuando veamos la cebolla asadita y las patatas blanditas sacamos del horno. Quitamos la cuerda, cortamos el rollo y servimos. Un poco de patatas y cebolla y un par de rodajas del pollo.
