  3. El muslito es lo mismo. Tiene una venita que se ve, yo la quito, separas la carne del hueso poco a poco arrastrándola con ayuda de un cuchillo y hacemos lo mismo que con la otra parte del ala. Le damos la vuelta.  Ponemos sal, y en una bolsa de congelar o en un tupper grande ponemos un poco de harina de maíz y metemos unos cuantos chupachups. Los meneamos bien, y los vamos dejando en un plato mientras se va calentando el aceite.
  4. Cuando está bien caliente el aceite vamos poniéndolos y dejamos que se hagan bien durante unos 5 minutos si es en freidora, si es en sartén un poquito más, darle la vuelta hasta que esté dorado bien y veáis que la carne ya está hecha.
  5. La vamos sacando a una rejilla para que escurra el aceite que tiene. No lo pongáis sobre papel de cocina, ya que se quedara la harina como húmeda y no crujiente que es como debe de estar.
